So even if you have a plus account, there will be a charge for the API use? I mean I kind of get it, but it does seem like they are almost penalizing people who could code in the browser with the canvas feature but prefer to use a terminal.

I've found when people ask this question, it's usually because they don't have a network to ask. Or, right or wrong, they just don't like the social aspect of going to their friends for work.

No, I think it's a sign of it being a fake human. It sounds more like someone trying to speak like an influencer or podcaster and not being very good at it.

It's good, but it still sounds fake to me, but in a different way. The voice itself sounds like a human, undoubtedly. But the cadence and the rhythm of speaking are off. It sounds like someone who isn't a podcaster trying to speak

That's circular logic and none of it is evidence. "A bad thing is happening and the evidence of it happening is that I said it's happening." By the way, I love DistroWatch and do think FB is messing with their posts. But

There's no way I am using a Chinese IDE with VSCode (w/ Coppilot) and Cursor existing after reading the privacy issues in the court documents with TikTok. Bytedance had some extremely overreaching expectations of data it wanted. T

I feel like it's so hot or cold. People have been raving about Loveable "one-shotting" the creation of an app given one prompt. I tried to have it recreate a basic landing page from a screenshot and it wasn't even close.

I have mentioned this on Twitter recently. My stream there is full of people talking about agents being the future, several posts on how to make them, but almost zero examples of any that they have built or used.

I'm really not sure the chain of bird strike, belly landing, mid runway landing and fiery explosion are equal parts of that chain. One seems to weigh heavier than the rest.
