That's how AMEX shut us our corporate credit card account overnight. We launched a new shopping cart and tested it live in production with our own AMEX card. Mind you that we used that card for over $250k a month (never a late payment)

In 2010 it was $40 per the year, or about $3.33 per month. Ridiculously cheap in my opinion. Yes, not a great response however the time value of calling in to complain easily exceeds $40.

It also isn't enough. Some of our gmail users' email (sent through the gmail smtp server with oauth) will be marked as spam in gmail. Very frustrating!
