No, dystopian would be only providing the mRNA (95% effective) vaccines. The storage and distribution requirements are already an issue in the US due to a lack of refrigerators needed to move the vaccines around.

The more I learn about this the more disappointed I am. In my own experience the standard codes have always been enough to show me what needed fixing. I'm not a mechanic though so my range of experience with it isn't that large.

In this case the only thing that is changing is a fault state and standard circuit components, not the code running on the device or the device being used. As long as the components are within spec the only problem could be environmental da
