Sometimes you can even get away by dropping the square completely: if (x2-x1) - (y2-y1) < (x4-x3) - (y4-y3) then ... I once used this in a path tracer to speed things up a little. The results where less accurate but sometimes this

This is the reason Rich Rebuilds stopped rebuilding Teslas. It is as if you don't own the car.

There are multiple reasons, but one I like most is how easy it is to deploy. And because you don't need build tools you can deploy it as easily years later. Also while developing you can just hit F5 or rerun a PHP script in your consol

You already can get rid of time zones by only using UTC. But is is not very practical. The time zone communicates the part of the day in any place around the world.

With so many analog clocks this is not going to be a realistic option. That's why UTC is fine. It is based on the sun time.

Gcode for this type of 3d printer is very easy to understand and generate. Some years ago I did some experiments with 3d printing in 3d (printing wire frames in 3d). But it takes time to get the feed rates and print speeds right. Edit: an e

I believe you are right. As far as I know VATs are a solution for areas with turbulent wind only. To generate at least some wind power.

I am a little confused by this article. Since real 3d objects are used why not use ray tracing (ray surface intersection)? As far as I know raymarching shines for scenes without real 3d objects. Rays are marched because a function determine
