When I read that at first, I though he meant that he thought Muslims should be excluded from all juries. However I think his correspondence with the court is in relation to his own trial - so he was talking about one specific jury. It might

It's amusing that people remove this mechanic and manage make the game even duller but my critique is based on playing the game according to the official rules.

A decent board game often gives you a difficult choice on each move. In Monopoly, it is nearly always a foregone conclusion, so it is not much different to playing ludo. A really good game will have you anticipating other players moves, neg

The rules and interpretations can change anytime too. The more iOS Apps and Objective C developers there are, the more entrenched Apple becomes and the worse their behaviour becomes. It's the MS playbook from two decades ago.

Insuring against small losses is a waste of money. You've got to factor in the margin of the insurance company, but also the time and expense of claiming, keeping records, reading insurance terms, the potential for the claim not to be honou

You have a point - there was a large minority in the country ~30% that would always vote Fianna Fail, no matter how corrupt they were revealed to be. That's changed in the past year or two, so they are down to ~12% now and expected to get w

I think the media distribution is more important to Apple than anything else. One of the few complaints I hear about the Apple experience is the requirement to install iTunes on a computer in order to 'activate' their hardware products. Th

I imagine they'd still make their revenue from advertising - they'd have an adsense bar. This would put the search part of the business on the same footing as other sites selling advertising space. I'm imagining a world where there are mult

It is interesting about the maps, but I read the headline with the context of Google search. Any SEO experts know if Google search also penalizes 'dead-end' websites (ones with no outbound links)?

I'd always understood gravity to be a mutual attraction between two masses. So the thing I have difficulty understanding is how light can only be attracted to mass, but itself cannot attract mass, no matter the quantity present.

Something I wonder about gravity - While it is often mentioned that objects with a large gravitational force can 'bend' light (gravitational lens), can a sufficient amount of light 'pull' objects towards itself? So I wonder if a star's grav
