Their goal is not to enforce laws. It's to provide a regular space for nations to talk. It's diplomacy, which some see --not without reason-- as a particular kind of hypocrisy, but in a world-wide context. Under the UN, there are

The meaning of AI has been replaced through sheer popularity. Just like you can't go around calling people "gay" anymore when you mean "jolly, happy."

Didn't work for me. I notice that the color around the circle changes, but it's just a palish blue-something, not a new color, certainly not intense. Too much overlap, I guess. Perhaps it works when changing the background to blue

There aren't 12 shapes. My fingers say C maj, F maj and G maj are the same shape. D maj, E maj, A maj too. And A min is the same shape as C/F/G maj, but would be a different pattern on the proposed "regular" layout.

There still would be two "shapes": C vs C#. Transposing would only be easier by two semitones. But for most music and musicians it isn't that interesting. Transposing is rather niche. If it's too hard, an electronic keyb

The default setting on most computers seems to be: use the (wifi) router. I suppose telcos like that because it keeps the number of DNS requests down. So I wouldn't necessarily see it as user error.

Python's success is entirely due to entry-level programming courses. They all switched to Python, because you have to explain less. I don't think I heard about web servers in Python before 2012. I suppose a 2005 computer wouldn&#x

If you post to HN, you can choose between a text or a url. When you pick url, you can add some text, but it's added as a comment. I guess that's what happened.

I know some people with a huge library, practically everything free. They are into game design, so in their case it's more meta than playing. Given that there are hundreds of thousands of (wannabe/student/amateur/pro) ga

There's one, though. The client can tell the server it has a cached version, but that only works (automatically) for GET in browsers. That could have been solved without resorting to those verbs, of course, but it's legacy. HEAD a

I'd recommend building simulations before you spend time on implementing any strategy. You could also looks up random graph theory. There might be some usable results wrt. connectivity.
