I got to see The Senator while it was still living. It didn't strike me as special at the time, now it makes me upset to think something so old died in my lifetime for such a stupid reason.

Most orgs I've worked for are so growth and product-focused that if you try adjusting your estimates to include proper testing, you get push back, and you have to ARGUE your case as to why a feature will take two weeks instead of one.

The problem here is that the w3c sucks a fat one, and they've failed to build software specs that don't require an ecosystem thousands of libraries to make using CSS, etc. simple or efficient.
