The areas with the super high TCs seem to have a lower base % and higher stock %. I'd like to know if the derived dollar values are the historic actualized or the current value. Because historically there was a real fortunate time to h

I'm assuming the PO isn't technical so git-log, git-blame, etc. are over their head. Which itself begs why they'd need this level of detail on the codebase.

I loved my pets, but I can't help but wonder if I wouldn't be more callous/practical about them if I was in the 1800s, back when the infant mortality rate was in the 30-50% range.

I don't have anything personally against htmx, but the general sentiment I've seen tossed around about it has led me to believe that some real hellmesses are going to be calcified in it by "IDGAF about the FE" devs which

I disagree. Blocking vehicles as a pedestrian is a nuisance regardless of motivation and ideology, but no one deserves to be run over unless they are presenting a threat that legally and morally justifies lethal force.

Even worse is the overemphasis on when (in terms of exactness). Knowing the rough order of events (as per the flow of a story) is important, as is the relative timespan, but a lot of history schooling puts too much emphasis on knowing the

The headline contradicts their own claims in the article. They say that corporate roles returning to in-office will give an opportunity to entrepreneurs to poach talent by offering remote work... which would mean that remote work is not dea

In my experience its more for critical time-sensitive systems that run in off-hours (i.e. if this job fails overnight it needs to get fixed before x time or we'll be bleeding massive amounts of money). So even if there is tiered suppor

That's really terrible. I'm surprised this kind of law survived Germany splitting and then reunification. I would have thought that it would have gotten lost in the wash somewhere along the way.
