I doubt that it is strictly _needed_. Most C++ programmers will probably live life gloriously without having ever read it. But if you really want to know every nook and cranny of C++ initialisation (which I sincerely hope I will never want)

This varies in the EU IIRC for example here in Sweden if you plan to fire more than 5 people you need to alert the public employment agency and employees 2 months in advance and the union which the company has collective bargaining agreemen

No it was never mandatory only voluntary. There was a threat to make it mandatory but most mobile phone suppliers signed a letter of intent on implementing a common standard (apple included).

You might want to lock into using a registry that supports "registrar lock" as well. That will protect you from unwanted changes and deletions.

The Finnish site is based on the Swedish method (KBS-3 if you want to read more) so not only is it anything like it, they are the same :)
