That would be fine, if not for the fact that the committees rules can be completely overridden as desired, essentially making the committee nothing more than a public appeasement piece.

Very interesting. I'm intrigued to know if anybody with experience knows why there is a common recommendation of warming the mineral oil, versus room temperature which the author did.

That's not a dark pattern though. Potentially poor behavior, sure, but dark pattern, no.

Correct. Many states have laws where if you sell over a certain number of vehicles a year, you're considered a used car salesman and must register and get licenced. In addition, if you register the title in your name, you have to pay t

Interesting read. I suffer from psychosomatic insomnia so am no stranger to that constant fatigue and drag of lack of sleep. One thing I have noted is that, on the days that I actually do get a considerable amount of sleep and feel rest

For the past few OS beta to GM transitions I've been a part of (10.6, 10.7, 10.8), the GM is the same thing as the public release, so when 10.9.1 comes out, you'll upgrade just the same.

It'd be interesting to see a by-country breakdown of sales, given that they added 2 new markets to this release, China and Puerto Rico, having 1.35b and 3.6m populations, respectively. This first weekend could have been great....or it
