after being disillusioned by zachman, togaf, dodaf, feaf, gartner, rup etc, started using it in various various forms since 2004. why do you ask?

Only relevant for large corporates where the technology decisioning time scales can support this. For startup environments I would consider agile architecture/modeling more relevant and useful. check out : http://agilemodeli
