Glad to see some books on behavioral economics in here, as that's the only true way to understand what factors contribute to our decision to (or not to) purchase. Some good reads I haven't heard of before... although Tony Robbins? Seriously

Some good ones there, I especially like 'micro-manage yourself,' but I don't agree with stop multitasking. I know recent research shows that it can lower IQ but I've never had a problem with multitasking.

I think over the next few years, marketing will be a science. Fields like behaioral psychology (isn't it spelled 'behavioural' ?), behavioural economics, neuroeconomics, etc, will increasingly dictate how businesses market to consumers. FMR
