Good reasoning. So just stay poor, and don't let the big companies make money, this sounds like a great advice to local communities.

How is economic growth trickle down for the society? It is not. Strong economic growth is the best thing to level up a society. What is really trickle down for the society? The dead loop between more taxes and economic stagnation.

Lol. If cigarettes are truly useless and government wants to ban it, why would anyone want to use it? Usefulness must have a very strange meaning to you.

They did approve because the research is not a human study, which in my opinion is a correct decision. But, this decision does not endorse the study to be totally ethical, which is a totally different issue.

Remember the Sokal Hoax [1] and the New Sokal Hoax [2]? And other publishing stings [3]? How are they different? Honest question. At least those journals did not ban researchers from the whole university... 1. https://en.wikipedi

Right, I do agree structural racism / systemic racism has no meaning, as the great Thomas Sowell pointed out.

I didn't want to mean the harm was directly caused by the officer. Updated the language.

Yeah. This is this judge's over broadening interpretation of the law. If his logic follows, a judge can define any flaw in the society as a state created danger and the judge can create grand plans to fix any societal issues. Lol.

Read through and it seems to be a crazy plan for me. The judge appears to be extremely ideology driven and a believer of the critical race theory to his core. It is also laughable to think a judge has a grand plan to solve a societal issue.

They use data-forge.js, which has less stars than danfo.js. I can't find any benchmark how they compare to data.table or pandas. Without a dominant and high performance data frame library as a foundation, I wouldn't even try.

Is it now not P.C. to discuss what they revealed? Or "nothing" has been revealed? Are we not allowed to discuss the possibility of someone hacked an university email address and then submit a patch?

No. This is not all about the reaction of humans. This is not a psych study. I have explained this clearly in previous comments. If you believe the process of doing something is all about humans, I have nothing to add.
