You should give Kagi's Orion browser a try. Extensions were my biggest hangup using ff on iOS. Orion has been a joy since switching (supports ff and chrome extensions, they mostly work but I've encountered a couple bugs).

This is the most boring version of a Minority Report-esque future I could have imagined.

Firefox on iOS definitely does not support extensions. Switched to Orion and couldn't be happier.

I wonder if there is any r&d around using cheaper/abundant (finer desert sand) for construction. Or if the sand racket is preventing that (feels ridiculous to write that but all this about black market sand is new to me). Way outta

(2021) I wish there were some data backing the claims and maybe a rubric comparing it to other pasta geometries. Optimizing my pasta experience keeps me up at night. Or maybe that's the indigestion.

Big misunderstanding in what incognito/private mode is actually for I think...it's really only about not saving any local data.

I was thinking recently about the (seeming?) increase in anti-science/anti-expert/conspiratorial thinking and movements of recent years (covid, anti-vax, 5g, qanon etc etc etc) and the (increase in?) use and more widespread legali

Hah reminded me of when I was a kid walking into the living room with a few people around many times and turning off the TV (crt of course) that was just showing a black screen. It was so loud and obvious to me. Now all the TVs seem to have

I work at a traditional ayahuasca retreat center and have seen a few people who have "holodeck"-like experiences with ayahuasca. In our view it's a bit of a block, or a crutch and way to distract oneself from looking at yours

I'd suggest a full dose of bufo/5-meo for your next. There really aren't thoughts at the high end yet it is quite a profound experience.

A bit more dangerous recreationally but scopolamine (datura/brugmansia/etc) is hallucinogenic in yet another way (antimuscarinic, blocking acetylcholine receptors).

(Smoking) DMT is a huge wildcard. I've had a couple of good experiences but the vast majority left me very off-base and ungrounded, weirded out. I really don't think it has the therapeutic potential of ayahuasca.

That's super interesting, will be taking a look at Poincaré soon. I work at an ayahuasca retreat and have drank about 300 times; IMO it seems to put you in an extreme state of synesthesia, a mixing of all the senses, including thoughts

I've drank ayahuasca about 300 times (I work at a retreat center). 5-meo/bufo (especially at the "full release" dose) is probably the most profound experience I've had. To go "all the way", you really have

Unless you mean the random tabs when an extension e.g. tampermonkey gets updated and shows a change log I don't think I've seen what you mentioned. Definitely nothing "all the time".

It's been a long time since I've had a fresh install of ff (I do recall some notification bars in the window you have to close out), but as a very longtime user, I have no idea what you're talking about...example?

Maybe I just don't understand (maybe it's purely about principles?) but I really can't understand the desire for a separate app for sms, without imessage. Maybe for sms+potentially with other integrations?
