That's impressive to hear. If that is still the case, we will implement and offer an IPv6 DDNS service mid future. Seriously. If you are blocked for using IPv6 by this, we will provide this service and announce it on https://

We absolutely agree: if possible, use free tunnel services. Unfortunately HE does not work with NAT (sic!), which is why we initially rolled out IPv6 VPNs internally. Also in most combinations you can actually use miredo/teredo, howeve

I have to admit there is actually some. Luckily though, when we saw problems, recent updates (i.e. mosh, ping, etc.) actually fixed them. However there is some really broken software out there that hard codes IPv4 addresses - which even b

Can you describe the routing problem a bit more in detail? I'm trying to understand why multi link should be more a problem in IPv6 than in IPv4. If you are multi homed it sounds as if you should have your own /48 IPv6 network (PI

Yes! And we hope that you are angry about it and that you will talk badly about us and recommend a different hoster to everyone. That way, there will be more people knowing about Devuan, which is our primary goal and the reason why we launc

In terms of booting: we are aware that systemd just kills fsck after a timeout. And that you can adjust the timeout. It is just something additional that we need to take care of, when running a system with systemd that is not the expected b

And regarding networking: one very simple, obvious non-feature is that search paths from radvd or dhcpd are not correctly passed on to the OS processes, which breaks resolving server names.

Regarding not rebooting: sometimes systemd hangs and does not reboot in our setups, but we were never able to sufficiently debug this, as all terminals are already gone and it seems that systemds is waiting in a loop for dependencies that d

Sure. With huge storage arrays, fsck might take a long time. systemd by defaults aborts after some time and will not mount that array.
