Heh heh. I dont understand what the fuss is about, AsyncQueue is kinda cool in JS. I use it, from time to time, to implement async generators that can be iterated over with for await. Although my implementation doesnt have any sequencing as

If your "honest opinion" is just a take down without much thought behind it, you could just as well keep it to yourself is my opinion. If you want to provide criticism, please at least put a little effort to it. So simply referenc

Just appalling. Someone publishes a post about their WIP project reaching an important milestone, and here comes the naysayers whining about the fact it's not finished yet. Did you even the article? He clearly states his aims to conver

Great article! Many ideas that I have also noticed put together, nicely done. Although I'm kinda curious how long you have used this system to truly "know" it's bullet-proof. In my experience, all systems fail without ou

Interesting sci-fi plot device but seems far-fetched, not gonna lie. To think that our highly stable universe is just compressed mass of another universe is a lot to take in. Does that black hole emit Hawking radiation as well and shouldnt

And now you're back-tracking on it so yes, US is extremely unreliable as an ally. I mean nobody is surprised you had some ulterior motive and undermined your geo-political enemies. It's the abandonment of those you supported that

You are polluting every variable signature with `readonly`. This also can create cascading effects where making one function accept only readonly variables forces you to declare readonly elsewhere as well. Quite similar, in a way, to Rust.

It's interesting to hear varying takes on this. But my personal belief is that web apps are moving towards static sites that are cache-friendly and offline-ready. This for couple of reasons, first is easy integration with CDN. Second i

I myself coined a term "kitchenware principle" that I have applied to my codebase as well. You put forks and knives adjacent because they serve similar utility and common purpose. Same with plates, cups, weird gadgets in separate

If a foreign, hostile country is helping you to win the election I think you ought to report it. I get if you are of the school that all that matters is winning and not how you do it, ethics aside, but setting a precedent that all is allowe

I don't know what the big fuss is about. There are clearly rules in places that force you to declare your voting budgets and where the money comes from. Seems pretty clear. So saying you spent 0€ and then have ads everywhere and _win_,
