I'm well aware and agree with of all of the points you make. I've lived on this rock for nearly 60 years and have seen all of the scams and bad behaviour and avoided them. My parents were avid readers of "Which" magazine

Not sure why you're being downvoted. Many of the sibling comments are referring to server side generated HTTP 302 headers, and server side (without lots of fancy shenanigans) you won't know (server side) if the client has disabled

Re-read the article. Different teas require different preparations for "best results". Some teas work better with boiling water, others with lower temperature water. What I took from the article was that there appears to be a rule
