Yes. We can easily generate more than enough renewable energy, just not when and where we need it. Being able to transmit energy over vast distances would greatly improve the economics of our existing renewable energy generation solutions.

The reason behind "Basis Points" is that saying something has increased by a percentage is ambiguous. If interest rates are 5% and they are "increased by 0.25%", does that make them 5.25% (adding 0.25% of 100) or 5.0125%

I'd imagine that the majority of people who want to run a terminal on iOS would have access to a Mac and Xcode, so even if this can't be released on the App Store, it could still be a useful project for many.
