Superhuman is great. I've been lucky enough to have been able to use it for a while now and I'm addicted. The team is super responsive to feedback and take the science of email to the next level.

Right but was this a thing before golang existed or is it specific to go commands? It was certainly popularized by "go get ./...".

I don't play games on my computer but if I did I think that is an OK divergence especially for older titles. This is a web browser we are talking about.

Nope, I just don't use Windows. I use Linux and MacOS where, if you don't do anything too out of the ordinary you are in 64bit land 100% of the time. On my Mac I don't see any 64 bit programs running and on Arch everything is

Holy moly! Is anyone else wondering why this took so long? It's almost 2018 for god sakes. I don't think I've used a 32-bit program in over a decade. Yeah flash is 32 bit but flash has been dead for the greater part of that d

The reverse debugging portion of this video was mind blowing. I had no idea you could do that.

Better not drive fast on the same roads over and over, the car might crash!

Too bad he went to work at Tesla. It's nice to see that people are interested in the self driving car thing but, as in the case of Chris Latner, isn't it more fun / more leverage to work on the stuff that enables all this?

How would one build something like this securely and ensure fairness to all those who wish to execute (avoid DOS)? Surely there is more to it than just running the code in a Docker container, right?

Yeah NordVPN is the best of the bunch. Got my vote as well.

Cool. Insomnia is quite good. I prefer it over Paw (for MacOS only) because it is cross platform and I only want to learn one tool that works on both Mac and Linux. Thanks for all the hard work!

I was recommended "High output management" and found it pretty bad. Some of the insight at the end was ok, but most of it was very boring and obvious.

Wow, I've often fantasized about maintaining Geary or Empathy (also on the unmaintained list). Gnome needs solid lightweight email and messaging clients but I'm not sure I have the time to do it. I find that, now that Gnome has bu

Thanks for sharing. I'm curious if you already knew the tech stuff before/while committing the crimes or did you learn all that after going through the system?

This article hilariously makes it seem as though Google hadn't thought about using Linux cgroups and namespaces to manage processes before dotcloud conceived of Docker. Nothing could be further from the truth. Google has been doing &qu

This makes absolutely no sense. In no way would the debug output help them remotely. Hopefully the visibility will now cause this to get fixed.

It's better but definitely not "extremely fast". The mac from 6 years ago does it in 300ms which is still 3-10x faster than what you suggest is the norm for your setup. The difference between 300ms and 3 seconds is the tippin

Yeah that bit doesn't make any sense. If anything the pi would support more users with similar workloads to those being run on the sparcstation in the same fashion (without containers).

Well, the best pitch I've heard for nginx is: "Come for the performance, stay for the configuration".
