This is a native library to libgit2 that has existed for some time, but now it has better documentation, some intro guides (we'll add more soon!), and pre-compiled binaries for popular platforms (even Raspberry PI).

It's true. I've over-engineered my blog as well to be isomorphic, but then I realized there was zero need for client side functionality so I've rendered it all static via a simple crawler. Much easier to deploy and serve wi

Well this is what I mean. You say expensive; I say damn cheap : https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/192833321/pebblebee-the... This is why you need to open up the API in whatever form you can. Developers are g

Heya! Just backed the project, seems super promising! As a developer have you tested these while coding? I've tried rainymooods which works alright, but I'm wondering now if this wouldn't be more effective (because of the can

Yep, it's been working in Arch Linux for probably a good month, maybe two. If Twitter search worked I could find when I got it working.

Remove all projects over a year old that you haven't touched? Such bad advice. I've fixed up some old projects of mine that are 2+ years old. Was a great way to see what I was doing wrong back then and apply new knowledge. I don

To expand on my comment, I am woefully uneducated on the entirety of the situation. I was speaking as someone who knows Brendan and his work and wanted to see his appointment resolve positively, not fail.

This disappoints me, because I wanted to see Brendan overcome this by apologizing, sympathizing, and connecting. From my point of view it seemed like Mozilla had a train wreck of a PR nightmare and for reasons I cannot understand decided t

Tough to give benefit of the doubt, but we're talking about Disqus here and I've had this sort of thing happen to me in the past. Willing to believe it could be an honest mistake. At least you know now to tread lightly if you we

Unfortunately even that's not enough. Vagrant has a lot of dependencies for designers on OS X, and if you bring in NFS (instead of the nearly unusable folder sharing), becomes insanely complicated to explain. Prebuilt Vagrant package

You're missing a lot, but you would have had to peruse the commits that have been happening over the past year to know how much has changed. I'm not sure how to proceed with my own LayoutManager plugin. Hoping someone will PR a f

ngmin doesn't work with r.js. My response was about using it with AMD modules. I know there were a few efforts to get ngmin/r.js working together, but last time I searched around I didn't see anything promising.

I'm currently using this style in a RequireJS/Angular project. Everything works great, but it's pretty ugly. We should strive to not write ugly shit, but good clean expressive code. This is so non-standard it hurts. There
