Searching for the bitcoin address in twitter gives an absolute ton of results. Are all these accounts hacked, or are people now posting just to joke around?

My ASRock motherboard has a 'goodnight LED' setting - the power LED turns on for a couple of seconds when the computer first turns on, then turns off the rest of the time. Otherwise you can just disconnect it from the motherboard,

This would make the control less reliable as well as more expensive and heavier. Additionally, there are other factors which may prevent the gear from deploying so you need to check even if the lever successfully moved.

The FAA publications are pretty great! PHAK is easy to read, though long: https://www.faa.gov/regulations_policies/handbooks_manuals/a... Thanks for the reminder to get back to studying.

One of my favourite museums may be closing indefinitely. The museum was operating online-only for a while, but Vulcan (formerly Paul Allen’s) is beginning to close their art and entertainment division, which makes it seem unlikely to reopen

In terms of scale of the planet’s life, the amount of time we are here is extremely short. The earth has been struck by at least one large rock resulting in mass extinctions. The planet recovered just fine along with the atmosphere, but the

That makes sense, it seems I haven’t looked closely enough to notice. I couldn’t find info on how often a keyframe is expected from YouTube, but I’m recalling the bad old divx days where you sometimes had a frame per scene and skipping was

Does HTML video need to catch up based on the most recent keyframe? If they don't render while backgrounded, how do they do that without being noticeable?

My dad (or maybe his work) bought Coherent for him to learn UNIX and we had a setup in the garage with serially-connected VT100-like terminals. It was my only time knowingly using a UNIX-like OS until a few years later when I installed Slac

This wording is a little unclear. I’d have liked something a little more specific: “in addition to the incurred average costs...”. As is, it sounds like expenses may be part of the hourly rate.

I’ve tried spending time learning rust, but keep getting stuck since I don’t have a good project to work on. What are some good open source projects built in rust which wouldn’t be too difficult to contribute to?
