Or you steal it. It's really weird how some of the companies mentioned in this thread are run. I like this stuff, have the money, and I am more than willing to pay, but as others pointed out the quality is usually much worse than the s

Ah, when phrased that way it makes sense. I misunderstood. We're just saying the same thing in two different ways.

In A harmonic minor the III is already a C, you can make it augmented but that is not very common. You generally change the v to a V and keep the VII diminished in both cases where as it is major in the natural minor.

I've never heard it called "people's key" but a lot of rock and popular music written in the past 50 years was written on guitar where these keys are the easiest to play. I imagine Am/C are easiest on a piano but I

He ignores songs with key changes in this analysis but he also does a lot of simplifications. If we simplify this song it's mostly just a ii-V-I across 3 different keys. It is the most common chord progression in jazz music.

This is only partially true. The chords in A natural minor will be the same but it's much more common to hear a dominant fifth using the harmonic minor so you would change the Em to E especially in classical and jazz music.

Probably instead of I-IV-V being the most common you would see the ii-V-I chords being the most common.

We interpreted this much differently. I think everyone has to shake hands with an odd number of people not just any single person. It's everyone wins or no one does.

I don't think it really matters how much money the person is making. Being blind sided by 1750% increase in price would make anyone complain. Sure, they should have read the fine print and all that but to raise prices that much and say

The people interviewed were paying. Someone going from $900 to $3000, which is a lot and at least according to one of the people interviewed isn't worth it as they plan on switching platforms. Actually, everyone interviewed it sounded

The person was already being charged $200 a year. The problem is that they are now being charged $3500 a year. You don't really adapt to that kind of price increase, you go somewhere else if you can find it.

I find this kind of stuff, including the authors article, weirdly fascinating. I try to do what other people describe, such as yourself, and it really is impossible. It just makes no sense to me. I'm sure I have ways of thinking as wel

I still think you're missing the point a bit. I don't think the author is doing this as some sort of trick or by design. I think they're literally describing how they visualize numbers in their head. Reading through other peo

While I don't think this is bad advice I don't really think it is along the same lines as what the author is describing. This sort of thing reminds me of an article I read a while back about how some people don't have an inne

While you are 100% correct a very simple counter example to the op that a lot of people have likely heard in their life is someone tuning a guitar. It would have saved me a lot of time if people couldn't tell the difference. :D

It could possibly but when I studied math in college I got incredibly good at mental math. A lot of it is memory or number tricks and a bit of practice. I would say anyone can learn them regardless of age. I am many years out of college but
