One more point. While Ad-blockers are getting popular the tech industry could indeed innovate to become ad-blocker-blockers. I guess ad-blockers work by looking at the domain names of the content. Why not use IP address alone to serve ads ?

I dont think they are arguing that the future is better. Also going there today may not mean more money. For example what % of online ad money is being spend today on sponsored content ? That would matter.

I respectfully disagree. Native ads are way better ads than say Google ad-sense. I would always prefer them over any other ad format.

I think it is deliberately to ensure no accountability. My suspicion is that Google has put some really low quality, untrained labor to do these sort of banning and probably with weekly targets to ban certain apps.

Last time I tried to use Powershell I gave up pretty quickly. Learning Powershell had higher costs than using something *nix based without any major advantage.
