Yeah, I am personally against that as well. Enforcing laws is a police job, not the average citizen's, because they “supposedly” undergo certain training to do that. If everyone started acting like a police officer or reporting insigni

It won’t work as you expect. Most of these drivers don’t have insurance. Second, you might make things worse, as now you have other Karen-like drivers who will eventually start threatening other people to report them, and that will escalate

I think I started around 2009 and before that in slashdot, mostly lurking around. Then, using alt accounts, the internet back in the day taught you to never post real info about yourself, so it was lurking through RSS feeds.

It isn’t about me picking a lane; I’m just stating things as they are. If you want a feature-rich chat and social app that has a user base too, but you don’t care much about security, go for Telegram. Although some might argue that chats ar

I agree, but I wouldn’t compare Signal to a Zephyr. Classic cars have that charm and magic. I would say Signal is more like a Honda Civic; its users are loud and annoying, and yet it’s mediocre in all categories. :)

Knowing someone's phone number is enough to potentially compromise it. Sophisticated methods can involve zero-click attacks, where just sending you an SMS that you won’t even see can lead to a compromised device. You can check how Tuck

It’s not encrypted by default, and even if it were encrypted, you should never trust any connected device with anything important. That being said, Telegram is hands down the best communication platform right now. It is feature-rich, with f

A while ago, I did something similar but with an AirTag. I found a few at a local thrift store, and whoever donated them still had them linked to their iCloud, so they were useless. But it was easier since the area code was known. I tried a

I will give it a try. Firefox has recently not been the best, especially in private browsing mode. Opening less than 15 tabs there, and it’s already using 25 GiB of RAM!

I like LocalSend and Landrop. The latter performed better when I sent large files. However, neither of them does it automatically; you have to manually do it every time, which is okay since they don’t claim to be sync software.
