   As a person who uses a microwave a lot this sounds terrible, I could live with 30s resolution, but not having adjustable power level would not be acceptable. Cooking anything on 100% power is just a recipe for uneven heating.

   I think the appropriate way for the employees to have a say in the direction of the company is probably to give them voting shares. Otherwise the employees may end up disagreeing with a decision that the shareholders voted on and that seems
