Few different companies announced 64-bit models this month. All of them includes A53 cores. Also Nexus 9 (two Denver cores) will be released soon, but it's a tablet.

Nvidia made quite interesting SoC, that's why they placed Shield in the comparision. iPad has only slightly boosted iPhone SoC.

Because server parts requires high quality of process. 14nm isn't ready for this. They've just managed to produce small (around 80mm^2), lower-clocked Core M. Desktop parts are planned for next year.

Not only a single feature. Developer tools are worse in almost everything. Last time I used them (few weeks ago) I wanted to throw my rig throught a window after few minutes. Firebug saved the day.
