It's $100 for the signing and $500 for a Mac Mini. Any professional software developer would make that kind of money in a few days. And I would bet that an open source project as big as this gets at least that amount in donations yearl

If your system is compromised you're fucked, it's game over, they could install a key logger that records your 1Password master password or just replace the 1Password binary with an infected one.

Why is that necessary? Ive run Windows on the desktop for probably 10 years and I have never had an update break anything. Seems like people just trying to make themselves useful if you ask me.

Glad you guys have thought this through. I bought a Dell XPS 13 Developer Edition in 2015 that was marketed as a perfect Linux laptop and came with Ubuntu preinstalled. It had a 13.3" screen with a resolution of 1080p, so the text and

Yes I'm aware of that, it's a poor "solution" that's more like a hack. It renders everything at twice the resolution you need and then scales it down, which is awful for battery life on laptops. And it's diffic

That doesn't scale the UI. And it doesn't even scale the text for many third party apps like Sublime Text, Firefox, and IntelliJ. Windows handles this perfectly.

Qt isn't native. They're drawing their own widgets that look close to native - that's why you can theme Qt apps.
