I don't know, I think some books like for example Frank Herbert's need a couple more pages to set up the scene. Also, some of the best tv shows I watched need a couple episodes build up to get a nice payout.

I am pretty sure you have to enable cloudflare to manage your robots.txt, it shouldn't be doing that by itself. Maybe they did it by accident, it is just 1 click.

I'm not sure what that has to do with age verification or such things, and even if you don't want to use the platform directly you can use mirrors like xcancel.com or nitter.net as drop-in replacements (which I use.) I dont think
