   Roaming is a concept in the mobile networks, that isnt really part of the problem here, that is robocalls. As LinuxBender says, the decision is to block the ingress link containing the robocalls. These calls generally dont come from mobile

   Agree, it was not as good as it could have been. Not a new book but Sapiens was best book i read in 2020
