Until early adopters play with smartwatches, we won't really know what they are really useful for. Give it time (no pun intended).

I'm of two minds on this one. On one hand, remote work is perfectly awesome. I do it. I work for a company that does it. It's a great way to run a company, although it is almost impossible if everyone else is at headquarters are y

Hey, please replace Google Groups. It's the worst best solution out there. We use Google Groups a lot for our b2b software trade association ( http://www.thesmallbusinessweb.com ) One key question. Typical startup conundrum.

As a junior, you're expected to ask stupid questions. Despite what you may fear, otherwise you can't learn fast enough and it's too expensive to keep you around. Also, if it's not obvious on a cold reading, it has a good

A related question. I'm wondering what other people do to ensure quality of outsourced code. I'm intrigued at Codacy. A lint in the cloud could solve some of my problems, but probably not all. I'm in the position of occasiona

I don't think that's a gendered issue. It's hard to be a founder and raise kids at the same time. Kids are a startup--a human startup. Good luck!

Success is borne on the back of work you hate. The difference between the top and the rest are those who persevered through the grinding, gruelling agony of doing what it takes to get where they wanted to go. If you only have the self-disci

Why? Many companies have on site daycare. It helps parents who need to commute by saving them a trip and the stress of arriving late to daycare on the way home. Clever pun though.
