   In our org we defined a "feature lead" role who is responsible for the whole build-and-release process. Feature Lead should fully understand the why and the impacts. PM has a more strategic role. (perhaps that is the issue :-) )

   I am also a game developer. For your game: 1/ I would work on the tutorial (too much text). 2/ First level must be very easy to validate user understood rules.

   Thanks very interesting step by step. Vercel is where I host most of my projects because it is very easy to use. My only point of concern with vercel is the pricing predictability. How do you deal with that?
