   If she wouldn't have taken care of the 940 severely malnourished children, more than 105 of them would have died.

   Of course it works. It didn't work in the past because most autocracies were led by low IQ people. When you factor that out, you get a system that works.

   First, those customers would have nowhere else to go because everybody is on vacation. Second, those customers will be on vacation too to begin with!
