Graffletopia used to be completely free. You could download as many stencils as you wished. Now its $24/year; you can download only one free stencil a month. $24 isn't a problem. But charging for community contributed stencils is

I doubt unless they want to kill Hipchat and use Campfire. We will not sell either of these products to a company that is planning to shut the products down. IMO Hipchat is a better chat tool than Campfire.

..poor people would stay poor forever.. This is even more true in corrupt countries. The corrupts have an incentive to keep people away from knowing their rights. A large part of knowing your rights comes from education.

They can't verify the validity and authenticity of a PAN. Only a government/legal agency will be able to do it. So for this purpose I can just enter any arbitrary number that appears like a valid PAN and get through.
