As much as number 5 and the rest of the rules are great advice, they are bias and meant to put you on the defensive. Legal documents are only binding because you agree to them. If you or your agent or lawyer do not read AND understand them,

Calling it "convertible equity" is a farce... it should be called lazy equity. This isn't a break-through in investment vehicles and no one should be drawn in based on a check-list of convertible debt risks.

Thanks for the response! I agree, the last thing we want is for it to become "vaporware". We will do everything we can to support it... however it is a side-project so we don't want to make any promises :) There are certainly others like it

Thanks for the comment and we are super glad you're enjoying it! Unfortunately, I can't imagine any other model sustaining something like this. Right now the costs are negligible so there won't be ads any time soon :)

For me, the website does a terrible job of intuitively explaining the proposition. Not sure I understand it entirely, but an exchange for under-utilized capacity is not a replacement for the current monetary system.
