Sounds wrong, but I wonder if joining a very small firm would be better? Pay wouldn’t be as good but the team you’re apart of could be what you’re looking for and could allow you to branch out or even a project management role. Also nothing

I personally can’t focus in the mornings and have to clear up small jobs and I use 4 hours to focus. That’s probably down to the amount of emails / small jobs we deal with and my weak point is I always tend to prioritise the interestin
