I really hate the "humanized" dates in the github website interface. "3 days ago" is not useful to me when I'm comparing dates.

Yes. Screen readers load the page contents into a buffer and allow users to scan headings, links, etc. having a broken outline structure is potentially confusing [1]. This is also why descriptive linked text is important (ie: no "click

I like pass a lot and it's pretty darn convenient and fast. It's my password manager of choice. GPG encrypted text files, simple, secure.

Enforcers make those kind of decisions all the time. Ever been "let go with a warning" for some other kind of violation?

Pretty much my sentiments. I've been cycling for over 40 years and have gone from never wearing one, to always wearing one, to seldom wearing one.

Remorse is often considered in criminal matters. I don't see how this is any different.

Yep, great examples. Also, pretty much any experienced Photoshop user will create their own actions to automate common operations. And then you have things like workflows in Alfred.

Apple suppoted Rosetta from 10.4.4 (January 2006) through 10.6.8 (July 2011). Seems like a pretty generous transition period to me.
