I've worked at places where I ended up realizing I was hired mainly because I'm black. Not that I'm not a good engineer, mind you, but some of these places just wanted a "token black guy" or they actually had quotas

Not super popular outside the cryptocurrency niche but BTCPay ( https://github.com/btcpayserver/btcpayserver ) is a good example and has been around for a while.

If you always work in feature branches and commit often (which you should IMO) it makes perfect sense to squash on merge. It gives you a nice history that only contains relevant commits instead of having a bunch of “added tests”/“fixed

I agree with the sentiment but I would add that slavery isn’t even necessarily racist. Maybe it was in the USA but not in the rest of the world. Even today there are people who are slaves to others that look like them (“race” is silly when

Is there any reason for them to compare the A14 to the A12 instead of the A13? Other than making the numbers look more impressive, of course.
