Wouldn't it be kind of trivial to right a function to would take a directory name as a parameter and symlink it from site-available to site-enabled?

I've used them both. A major advantage Foundation has was a responsive grid system, thought I've read that responsive grid for Bootstrap is in the works. Zurb has several other fantastic tools as well.

Not a grammar issue, it's a colloquialism. I used this phrase all the time. "My old roommate really turned me on to the Wire. What a great show."
