Become a contractor. If you go this route, be aware an additional ~1/8 your income will be confiscated as taxes. Worth it for the flexibility, IMO.

We can store the fuel pellets in a crash can during transit. That way if the rocket blows up nothing hot gets dispersed. But even without a crash can, it's of less concern to public health than the radioisotopes in coal.

Worked fine for me (not a plant expert) Initially, I was a bit confused on all the "False" fields in a column. Not a big deal but I would have absorbed the info faster if things were broken up into sections somehow.
