In those cases where things are version sensitive, it's useful to put version info in the title. That way _everyone_ will know what version the question is about- people searching for answers, and people trying to curate the knowledge-

that's not the only value. There's a lot more. Emphasizing on "no-noise" is a big one. Stack Overflow was created to solve the problem of having to dig through long forum threads to get answers, or getting blocked by pay
