Why do you say "bizarre meme"? Observables are not like event emitters. RxJS Subjects would fit that description. See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/25338930/reactive-program... and https:/

Yes, I'm very happy with that code, apart from one thing: how animations are done sometimes with tweens in JS, and sometimes with CSS. I'm sure it could have been built with less code. In general, the more shortcuts you take and t

I think your elaboration just made it worse, as you compared my work to a kid's drawing, and assumed that the target audience will not benefit from that. I actually have proof against that. In Twitter, over 2000 people have retweeted,

It's not that simple, and hyperscript [A] is much more practical than createFactory [B]. [B] requires the first argument always to be props, so most of the time for empty props, people end up always giving `{}` or `null` as the first a

I fully agree (on the visual editor)! It's a great property of Cycle.js apps that there is a one-to-one trivial map (isomorphism to be more precise) between the program source code and a data flow graph, so I wish I had time and resour

There is absolutely nothing related to FRP in this blog post, not even "composable event streams" for that matter. This is just using a CSP channel as a (global) event bus. It essentially replaces the (global) dispatcher with a CS
