It should. There is even an install script for it. But I believe the development shifted to Pharo as the primary platform.

I prefer the IDE to an editor because I don't have to type as much boilerplate. For example, to create a class I just fill out a class template and accept, and to add a method I just type code in the method pane and accept. The IDE is
