The Trader Joe's near me took the most serious steps so far. They are limiting to 30 people in the store at a time and setup 'lanes' six feet apart for carts to lineup for checkout. When you checkout, they take the cart and h

In the case of morgue's they are already solving this by having air conditioned semi trailers parked by the hospital where store bodies until they can be moved.

The measure's are to get a hold on the explosive number of cases. Once we get a grip on it, then you keep it contained with aggressive testing + targeted isolation.

Similar anecdote from me; it's been much easier to get friends together for an online game night.

Yeah let's fix the problems, but when this is all over I am not going to forget the people who were calling this a hoax in January and February. Time where deflection, instead of action, costed lives.

Even so, I will echo the OPs main point of the USA had a head start and did nothing with it. These shortages and policies could have been reviewed and resolved back in January or even February.

Online support is good as well. First pair I ordered from them had a defective coating after the first 6 months (it was 'splotchy', it looked like water dried on the lenses but it wouldn't come off'). They sent me a repl

I drink a cup of coffee in the morning, maybe have a green tea in the afternoon. I've gone off caffeine and the only negative impact is I just take a little longer to wake up. I am sure everyone's tolerance is different, but I thi

I just got a Sonos beam a few months since it seemed like a decent soundbar for the price. I also use Apple music and I just airplay music to my Beam. Does that not work as well when you have a multi-speaker setup?

I appreciate your posts on the Permanent Fund here. I have a friend who moved to Alaska last year for work last year and will probably be there for a few more years. We had discussions about the fund recently because this is the first year

I guess my question is to people who have passed these interview successfully, do you feel the interviews were actually representative, even broadly, of the kind of work/skills you would need for your day to day job?
