I would start by speaking to a lawyer familiar with startup founders agreements. Tell him what you want in it.. you could totally ask about things like termination clauses for not carrying out his side of the deal.

In the corporate world we’ll see all that shit before it stops. We’re in the peak of the hype cycle. Don’t worry when this one fades a new one will come right along…

I haven’t done it, but I have known some who are good at what they do to go contracting 3 days a week (or however many) making higher day rates and spend their spare days building their startup.. would that help you ramp up quicker without

It’s not just JS-oriented it’s React-oriented. So those JS-oriented folks that know Svelte, Vue, etc instead would benefit from clearly stating that. Still, it looks cool despite not knowing React myself. I might take it for a spin when I h

Real world code is messy. You will refactor, unless you’ve already considered every possible function you’ll code into the app in the future.

I haven’t done this myself but if you google you’ll find blogs of developers who have. I think the main path is to become an expert in a niche, then go consulting/freelancing, then move to a low cost country (e.g Thailand) and pick &am

Is not just tech but I think tech leads other industries. If you read corporate news they have been predicting a recession in western countries in 2024. The latest actual figures though seem to show growth so who knows if it’ll continue……

Is there anything stopping you from also syncing an encrypted copy of your data to a central server to be synced down or your other devices? It doesn’t appear so. A websocket between all your devices and a server (or even webrtc between dev

I think it depends on what you want to be productive _in_ If you’re a project manager like me, lists are probably a good option. If you’re an artist like a painter… I’d imagine very different ways to be productive. When I write code I like
