Surprisingly, it hasn't changed much on the ad front after AI/LLM boom. I don't know if its because advertising is a "non-sexy" market and no one really wants to do it but better is expected.

Yes! Its the inefficient retries and loops that eat up the tokens. A good md file harness saves it.

What do you mean by accurate? As in what was an entered by the agent a truth account of what happened or as in someone didn't come in to modify the log that agent entered?
