Well, I suggest never enabling the debugger in production. But if you meant a local or dev server where you start node with --inspect then the port to forward is 9229 by default.

This reminds me why I added server timing to the chrome dev tools. The basic thing I instrumented in my projects was a count of calls to APIs and their total time. Same for DB access. Then push these out as server timings via http headers a

I’ve found… that I’m not missing much. Even from people I admire that are exclusively there. The push to generate a constant stream of content means that their good stuff is long past anyways.

A Mac with that memory will have closer to 500GB/s but your point still stands. That said, if you just want to play around, having more memory will let you do more interesting things. I’d rather have that option over speed since I won’

Bus width they are talking about are multiples of 128. I think Apple m series chips are good examples. They go from 128 to 256 to 512 bits which just happens to be roughly about the megabytes per second bandwidth.

Isn’t that for sunlight though? I imagine if you have a source that only radiates a single wavelength, you could make a collector for that specific wavelength that’s more efficient than some general case one. Could be wrong though.

It’s a win if you can use the wafer as opposed to throwing it away.

I had to look that up… for others: An STS cross encoder is a model that uses the CrossEncoder class to predict the semantic similarity between two sentences. STS stands for Semantic Textual Similarity.

People buying Macs for LLMs—sure I agree. Since the current MacOS comes built in with small LLMs, that number might be closer to 50% not 0.1%.
