A very generous radius map search on Boligsiden reveal 4 andelsboliger at 250k kroner, so it’s obviously not possible to find a house at that price point.

The Danish tax system is also very complicated, and it’s really not possible to boil it down to a percentage. You have to consider a lot of deductions, that is specific to your cicumstances, for instance if you have a mortgage, then you’ll

If you want a decent house, then expect at least $150k, $37k buys you basically nothing. But expectations may vary depending on your origin i guess.

Too bad Microsoft refuse to work on proper cross platform WPF support. I've tried Avalonia UI[0], but it's just not the same. For instance the lack of a proper out-of-the-box virtualized list. [0] https://avaloniaui.net

Yes, obviously it should be possible to find each other, but Facebook have for instance always had a focus on connecting with a lot of people that you hardly know, just for the sake of connecting and giving some PM's really good KPI&#x

Only close friends and family, no companies and bots, chronologic feed and mass adoption. I know this isn't features, but the problem with social media is not the lack of features.

I'll be honest, my postulate is based on 100% anecdata. But in my experience the least opinionated frameworks, tend to crumble the most. I've heard countless stories about React apps where you'll have to use loads of third pa

Feels off to be putting a lot of presentation logic into new .nue files. Maybe I've just grown used to .tsx and Angular's LSP consuming html templates and giving me full intellisense, but I wouldn't trade that for a smaller b

It’s the same in Denmark. It’s really annoying because companies will not commit to top tier salary, but are happy to pay for a freelancer. I guess it’s hard for middle managers to hire engineers that should paid a lot more than them. The r

Seems like such a waste, unless the houses are built with bad materials and sub par building regulations.

To be fair, payment in is probably handled completely differently through a payment service provider as card payment, where as payment out probably is bank transfers, which I would imagine is not as easy.

I hate using these systems, hotels.com is another subpar example, at least as a customer, with only half working systems. It seems silly to me as a customer that the booking system, is also responsible for handling payments. I fully underst

I may be pedantic, but this is not only CSS, there’s after all an entire Ruby backend. Wouldn’t it be more appropriate to call this something like “No-js chat”, seems to me that would be more correct and less clickbaity.

I wouldn't recommend going freelance in your situation. It seems like a silver bullet, but it's honestly quite a lot of extra work. In Denmark at least, we have a lot of legal requirements and reporting, that needs to be done if y

Some years ago Entity Framework followed navigational properties (foreign keys) by default, which quickly escalates. The scenario could be a user table referencing a organisation table, so that when quering for an org, you’d get every user.
