We always need to do our due diligence when using someone else's project. It's an open source project, available for free. If they weren't very clear in the docs is one thing, but it doesn't appear so. Anyway, we won

Isn't that specific case just a matter of not having enough data _explicitly_ stating the reverse? Seems as if they are indeed stochastic parrots from that perspective.

It was a kid out of highschool who had confronted a policeman just moments before. The guy was under a lot of pressure. You know he wasn't that well trained when you see that he killed a bystander.

You don't really need a LLM for OCR. Hell, I suppose they just run a python script in its VM and rephrase the output. At least that's what I would do. Perhaps the script would be a "specialist model" in a sense.

Hey, I know you know best (talking plural here), but make sure that your wife feels accomplished in her own line of work and/or getting her dream job. Raising kids is great, but as age goes by, she might feel sad about not accomplishin

I'm not a lawyer, nor am I familiar with how my neighbour countries define public spaces. My response was based on the fact that for tobacco legislation, for instance, public spaces are defined as follows by the EU commission: "pl

It's true though. A fixed wing aircraft is able to travel faster and higher. That combination in itself makes them much harder to hit. Look at the next generation of "helicopters" for the US military and their justifications

Yup. I'm doing a VR project, urban environment. Haven't really found a good enough solution for 3D reconstruction from images. Yes, there is gaussian splatting, NeRF and derivatives, but their outputs _really don't look good_
