For me, I'm chasing a great team to work alongside. I want to sit next to the developer I can ask about the pro/cons of any web development framework, that can help me analyze a heap dump, or explain why some transitive dependency

This is why I'm glad we have the 2nd amendment. It levels the playing field for individual citizens vs. the government.

It's good that Microsoft saved money via layoffs so that it balances out when customers leave Azure. Very forward thinking company.

That doesn't sound very economically conservative or environmentally friendly. I (and many other conservative HN readers) would probably not shop if stores were to do this.

Agreed completely. Many younger folk point me to graphs that show the value of the dollar and how it's vastly different compared to decades ago, but I simply say that's Democrat propaganda and they realize their mistake!

This is one the examples where the exception proves the rule. After introducing my friends and family to a CLI-based booking tool I wrote for them, they have swore off website UI's since. Every other week I get an excited e-mail statin

I think Elon should invest in some internal tooling that Twitter can take advantage of, such as infrastructure management or ad dashboards.

I don't think this is just a joke, it's a gross overstep by liberal governments. We should rally together as conservatives and libertarians to ensure that we get the burial that we deserve - big government has to go.
