Currently at 85 feeds in my self-hosted FreshRSS instance. There's probably about 10% that are inactive (I was using nitter's RSS feature for some twitter accounts). Mostly tech sites/blogs, quite a few webcomics, and some Yo

Yeah, like the sibling comment said, I meant ads for Plex's own services. Whenever they rollout these new "features" I see them on my home screen or in the navigation and have to turn it off. I'm more frustrated in how a

I keep both Plex and Jellyfin installed on my server with the same media. Plex is easier to navigate for my family than Jellyfin (specifically their respective Roku apps). But the way that Plex is pushing their monetization with ads and now

Got a source please? I know Lenovo had the scandal years ago, but they (reportedly) stopped doing this. As the the owner of a T14, if something fishy is still going on, I'd like to know.

Where are these new plans shown? Only after you start signing up for an account? Seems like a great deal to me. I'm pretty heavy in the Google ecosystem, but being able to use my own domain would be nice.

Need someone to create a platform agnostic sponsorblock for any podcast app, just for the convenience of automatic skipping. Perhaps like a proxy for the RSS feed that spits out edited audio files? Edit: looks like someone has thought of th

I'm pretty sure the GP was referring to Spotify exclusive podcasts, that were only accessible from the Spotify app, thus encumbered in DRM.

I think that message was to let users know it's basically on it's last legs and could 100% stop at anytime. When the API changes started, most all of the instances ran into rate limits due to the number of requests. But it works j

Has there been any guides about self-hosting Nitter and using your own personal account, rather than trying to generate a bunch of guest accounts? I ask because while I no longer use Twitter, I have been using the RSS feature from Nitter to

While it is unmaintained now due to the API changes, Libreddit (reddit frontend) is still working for me. Granted, I self-host it, and I'm the only user so I never hit the rate limit, but no issues at all, save for some of the changes

It doesn't help with the spam but if you sign up with USPS's Informed Delivery, you can at least see if you're getting anything that day. Which can at least save you trips on collecting your mail until you receive something y

I've seen this one pop up recently as alternative to FreshRSS. While not as many features as FreshRSS, I like the direction CommaFeed is going. Have you tried FreshRSS and if so, how it compares?

Looks great, and I like the simple, no-frills/IAPs model of this. Any chance you could integrate with RSS aggregators, like FreshRSS, miniflux, ttrss or any of the other self-hosted aggregators? I use FreshRSS and I like having my feed

Ah I've been looking for this site again. I used it several years ago to replace the strings on some our blinds when we sold our home, but couldn't remember what the site was (we have blinds to fix in our current home). Great site
